You now have the ability to create service agreements and send them to clients for their legally binding e-signature. If you have not yet created a service agreement or contract click here to learn how!
Once you have created a signed agreement you can send it to your client for their signature from their application by opening their application in your dashboard. Once you are there choose "Docs" and choose "Send." This will allow you to send documents to your clients.
To send them a service agreement for their signature choose "Signatures." You can see what this looks like here:
Once you have done that will just need to choose the necessary signers, and press send. Make sure that if you are working with a broker on behalf of a client that you send it to the correct signer. They will then receive an email with a link to the document which they will be able to e-sign and will be stored for you.
